All orders placed on our website are processed only after successful payment confirmation. As BaluBarry operates on a print-on-demand business model, order processing typically requires 2 to 5 business days prior to dispatch.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or officially recognized public holidays.



2. Dispatch and Delivery


Once processed, orders are dispatched through authorized third-party courier and logistics service providers. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier partner operations, and external circumstances.

The estimated delivery timeline is generally 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch. These timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.



3. Shipping Charges


Applicable shipping charges, if any, are clearly communicated to customers at the time of checkout prior to order confirmation. Any promotional shipping offers will be displayed on the website.



4. Serviceable Locations


BaluBarry currently ships products within India, subject to the serviceability of the destination pin code by our courier partners.
